Welcome to Crypboxx Crypto Payment Gateway (“Crypboxx”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). 4. Cryptocurrency Transactions

4.1 Transaction Irreversibility

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, Crypboxx cannot cancel, reverse, or modify it.

4.2 Network Delays

Crypboxx is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Blockchain congestion

  • Network failures

  • Incorrect transaction fees set by users

4.3 Payment Confirmations

Payments are considered complete only after the required number of blockchain confirmations.

5. Fees

Crypboxx may charge processing fees, service fees, or network-related fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed before processing a transaction.

Crypboxx reserves the right to:

  • Modify fees with prior notice

  • Introduce new charges for additional features

6. User Obligations

You agree not to use Crypboxx for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing

  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

  • Sale of prohibited or restricted goods

Termination does not affect completed transactions or accrued obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

Crypboxx’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
